Working Hours: 24/7 Rotating Shifts:

  • Morning: 07:00 - 16:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Night: 22:30 - 07:30

Key Requirements:

  • Italian: C2 level (Native/Near-native)
  • English: B2 level
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic computer literacy

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
  • Provide real-time customer support
  • Process and document customer interactions
