Working Hours: 24/7 Rotating Shifts:
- Morning: 07:00 - 16:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 - 23:00
- Night: 22:30 - 07:30
Key Requirements:
- Italian: C2 level (Native/Near-native)
- English: B2 level
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Provide real-time customer support
- Process and document customer interactions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Meet quality and performance metrics
- Update CRM systems
