Customer Support Representative (German Speaking) - Sports & Cycling Industry Athens, Greece 

Position Overview Join a dynamic sports-focused company as a German-speaking Customer Support Representative. This role is perfect for sports enthusiasts, especially those passionate about cycling, offering both hybrid and remote working options within Greece.

Compensation Package Hybrid Position (Athens):

• Base Salary: 1,300 gross/month
• Annual Base: 15,600

Remote Position (within Greece):

• Base Salary: 1,200 gross/month
• Annual Base: 14,400

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annually
• Anniversary Bonus: 500 gross (after 1 year)
• Meal Allowance:
  • First year: 3/day
  • After 12 months: 6/day
  • Provided via meal voucher card

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 20:00
• Flexible scheduling within business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (calls, chat, email)
• Provide expert advice on sports products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain detailed interaction records
• Meet performance targets
• Process customer documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Native/Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Professional English proficiency (B2+)
• Passion for sports (cycling enthusiasm is a major plus)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility
