Position: Sales Representative (Customer Success Account Manager)
Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid Work Model)
Start Date: January 20, 2025
Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Three shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Salary: 1,760 gross monthly (14 payments per year)

As a key player in our Customer Success Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, and creating meaningful connections with our clients.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new business leads and opportunities.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales and account value.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
