Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for our Dutch, French, and Danish-speaking customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, French, or Danish.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

• Native or fluent speaker of Dutch, French, or Danish (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

• Good command of English is preferred.
