Cross Border Talents is seeking an analytically-minded Dutch Speaker to take on a critical Onboarding Account Manager role for a major Google Ads project. You will navigate the complexities of the Benelux market (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), building strong client relationships and driving product adoption for high-potential companies.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients, focusing on minimizing churn and identifying strategic growth opportunities within your portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of sales strategy, client management, and digital marketing expertise.

  • Role Focus: Client Onboarding, PPC Campaign Development, Upselling, and Relationship Building across the Benelux region.
  • Project: Google Ads (Onboarding the next wave of advertisers).
  • Location: Hybrid position in Barcelona, Spain (Prime location at the World Trade Center).
  • Start Date: 27 November 2025

What You Will Do

  • Develop and set up strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns for new clients.
  • Proactively engage with a high volume of potential clients daily via outbound calls to promote services and drive upselling.
  • Utilize CRM tools and AI tools to manage the client database and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Manage complex stakeholder structures and ensure compliance with GDPR and other local regulations.

Your Expert Profile

  • Languages: C2 level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level proficiency in English are mandatory. (French is a valuable plus for the multilingual Benelux market).
  • Experience: Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing, with significant client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge: Clear understanding of the Benelux business etiquette and cultural nuances is essential.
  • Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, analytical, and comfortable delivering presentations and professional content.
  • Education: BA/BS degree required (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Salary of 23,500 - 24,500 Euro Gross/Year plus an annual performance bonus of up to 3,000 - 4,000 Euro Gross/Year.
  • Work Model: Full-time (39 hours/week) Hybrid role.
