About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovenian and English to join our on-site team in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment, are customer-oriented, and are open to relocation.
Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Requirements

Native or near-native level of Slovenian

B2 level of English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Sofia

Relocation candidates are welcome and will be considered
Salary & Benefits

Gross salary: 3700 BGN

Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (in addition to salary)
