Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

Salary Package

• Base Salary: €930 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day
• Position Bonus: €240 gross/year
• Performance Bonus: Up to €1,960 gross/year

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (French) to join an international customer support team in Braga, Portugal.

In this role, you will support customers using meal card products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Support customers with meal card activation, balance inquiries, and transaction issues
• Explain product features and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage complaints and ensure professional resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent French (C2 level)
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Positive and customer-oriented attitude
• EU citizenship or a valid Portugal residence/work permit is mandatory
