Salary & Bonus

  • €1,045.72 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10%

About the Role

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking professionals to join an international Community Support team in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will contribute to creating safer, smarter, and more inclusive online spaces by supporting users of a leading digital platform. This is a mission-driven position where analytical thinking, empathy, and attention to detail play an important role in improving the online user experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review, investigate, and resolve user inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Apply platform policies and Terms of Use to real-life cases
  • Ensure a safe and fair online environment for users
  • Analyze user behavior trends and identify recurring issues
  • Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality standards
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass an analytical/reasoning assessment
  • Good understanding of social and cultural contexts within Portuguese-speaking markets
  • Previous experience in BPO, customer support, or similar environments is considered an advantage
  • Higher education is preferred
  • Professional communication and attention to detail
  • EU citizenship, valid Greek work permit, or Refugee Certificate of Protection is required

Candidates relocating to Greece may choose between:
