Salary: €1,045.72 gross/month (14 payments)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10%

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10.00-18.00

What You'll Do

  • Support with Purpose: Investigate and resolve user inquiries on a leading online platform with care, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Policy Guardian: Apply our Terms of Use to real-life situations, ensuring a safe and fair community.
  • User Insights: Analyze trends and behavioral data to improve platform experiences.
  • Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese & English

  • Education: Some higher education preferred (military service considered as well)
  • Analytical Skills: Must pass a standardized analytical/reasoning test

  • Cultural Savvy: Strong understanding of social & political contexts in the Spanish-speaking market
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
