What You'll Do
- Support with Purpose: Investigate and resolve user inquiries on a leading online platform with care, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Policy Guardian: Apply our Terms of Use to real-life situations, ensuring a safe and fair community.
- User Insights: Analyze trends and behavioral data to improve platform experiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese & English
- Education: Some higher education preferred (military service considered as well)
Analytical Skills: Must pass a standardized analytical/reasoning test
- Cultural Savvy: Strong understanding of social & political contexts in the Spanish-speaking market
Experience: Up to 1 year in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
