Salary Package:
€1,045.72 gross/month (14 payments) | Annual gross: €14,640.08
Performance bonus: up to 10% of monthly salary

About the Role
We are seeking Spanish-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team in Athens, supporting a global online platform focused on community safety and user experience. This role is analytical and mission-driven, combining customer support, policy application, and content review.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user inquiries on an online platform
• Apply company Terms of Use and internal policies to real cases
• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform standards
• Analyze user behavior trends and provide insights for platform improvement
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
• Ensure accurate handling of cases with attention to quality and detail

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level) and good English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and resilience
• Good cultural awareness of Spanish-speaking markets
• Ability to complete standardized reasoning/assessment tests
• Previous experience in BPO or customer support is an advantage but not required
