About the role
You'll act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships and uncovering sales opportunities for clients using cloud solutions (e.g., Google Cloud). This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland, focused on consultative selling, pipeline growth, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop accounts using a consultative, relationship‑first approach.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities; prepare quotes and negotiate to meet targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
- Engage with decision makers (SMBs to C‑level) to assess needs and propose cloud solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to design solutions and support onboarding.
- Monitor market and product trends to advise customers confidently.
Must‑have skills and experience
- German — C2 (native or equivalent); flawless verbal and written communication.
- English — minimum B2 (verbal and written).
- 1+ years of sales experience with proven prospecting, negotiating, and closing results.
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and developing long‑term partnerships.
- Basic understanding of cloud‑based software and technology solutions (experience with Google Cloud is a plus).
- Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kraków area.
