We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager Revenue Accounting to join a leading airline company based in Malta. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in airline revenue accounting and people management, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily airline revenue accounting operations

• Lead, coach, and support a team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance targets

• Manage revenue reconciliation, reporting, and variance analysis

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• English C2 (CEFR) mandatory

• Solid experience as a Team Leader in airline revenue accounting roles mandatory

• Management experience is required

• Strong knowledge of airline revenue accounting processes

• Ability to work on-site in Malta

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Only candidates with proven Team Leader experience in revenue accounting roles within airline companies will be considered.
