About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Level 3 / Technical Support Specialist to support a technical project focused on advanced troubleshooting and customer assistance. This role requires strong technical skills, including SQL, and the ability to support users in French and English.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to users

  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in French and English

  • Diagnose software, system, or configuration issues and propose effective solutions

  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level)

  • Proven experience in technical support / IT support (Level 3 preferred)

  • Knowledge of SQL and technical troubleshooting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Availability to attend on-site meetings once per quarter
