About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Level 3 / Technical Support Specialist to support a technical project focused on advanced troubleshooting and customer assistance. This role requires strong technical skills, including SQL, and the ability to support users in French and English.
Main Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to users

Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in French and English

Diagnose software, system, or configuration issues and propose effective solutions

Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures

Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus
Requirements

Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level)

Proven experience in technical support / IT support (Level 3 preferred)
Knowledge of SQL and technical troubleshooting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Availability to attend on-site meetings once per quarter
