An excellent opportunity for professionals with Content Moderation experience who are looking to grow into a Quality-focused role within an international operations environment in Dublin.

Role Overview

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating decisions made across multiple workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

This role involves working with sensitive content and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality review of Content Moderation workflows

• Evaluation of decisions related to sensitive and high-risk content

• ID review and authenticity/access flows

• Handling escalations

• Supporting special operations and global risk workflows, including:

  • Viral and high-impact content (HERO)

  • Dangerous organizations (DOI)

  • Content requiring strong cultural and regional context awareness

Requirements

• Fluent BR Portuguese

• Strong English skills

• Previous Content Moderation experience (mandatory)

• Ability to work with sensitive material

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

• Right to work in Ireland

• Availability to work fully onsite in Dublin

Work Conditions

• Location: Dublin City Centre (On-site only)

• Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Shifts: Flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday between 08:00–19:00

• Training: 4 weeks onsite in Dublin

• No holidays or time off during the first 8 weeks (training period)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €42,667 per year
