We are hiring French-speaking Customer Support professionals to join international projects supporting well-known global brands. This is an excellent opportunity to live and work in Portugal, gain international experience, and grow your career in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.

Requirements

• French: C2 level

• English: B2 level or higher

• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary

• Approximately €1,250 gross per month + performance bonus
  (depending on the project and experience)
