About the Role

We are looking for a Junior O2C Specialist to support finance operations for the French market. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a solid foundation in Order to Cash (O2C) processes within an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash processes

• Manage invoices, payments, and customer accounts

• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies

• Support month-end closing activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

• Provide customer-oriented financial support

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance 

• Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)

• Advanced English (C1 level)

• !!EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is mandatory!!
