Role Overview

We are hiring English-speaking professionals to support users of a leading AI technology platform in managing their advertising experience. You will assist users across multiple channels, helping them resolve issues, understand policies, and navigate platform tools effectively.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve issues related to ads, accounts, payments, access and platform functionality

Explain advertising policies, account requirements and guidelines

Troubleshoot technical problems affecting ad creation, delivery, billing or performance

Guide users through platform features and processes

Provide clear and accurate support via email, chat and phone

Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper documentation

Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong first-contact resolution

Training & Onboarding

15 working days of paid training

Full introduction to tools, processes and customer management

On-the-job practice with continuous support

Contract signed upon successful completion of training

Working Conditions

On-site role in Lisbon

24/7 project with rotating shifts

40 hours per week + 1-hour lunch break

Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly

22 days of annual leave according to Portuguese law

Compensation day when working on Portuguese public holidays

Meal allowance paid on a prepaid card

Private health and dental insurance after contract signature

Performance bonus available

Salary Structure (example for 22 working days)

Base salary: 938 €

Holiday allowance: 78.17 €

Christmas allowance: 78.17 €

Meal allowance: 154 €

Total: 1,248.33 € gross

Variable bonus: up to 200 €
