Role Overview We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a hybrid project based in Porto. You will support customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring clear communication, accurate information and a positive service experience.

Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and requests Provide clear guidance and solutions Manage cases efficiently across multiple channels Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Use internal systems and tools to process information

Requirements French C2 (mandatory) English B1 (minimum) — B2 preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Customer‑oriented mindset and problem‑solving skills
