About the Location Sofia is a dynamic European capital known for its rich history, cultural landmarks, and a growing international community.

About the Position We are looking for German and English-speaking Player Support Specialists for an on-site role in Sofia. In this position, you will provide dedicated assistance to players, ensuring a positive and engaging experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements Fluent German Fluent English Eligibility to work in the EU

Contract hours can be negotiated for local candidates. 

A welcome bonus is available for both local and relocation candidates, paid in two installments: €750 gross after three months and €750 gross after six months, subject to continued employment. 

Relocation support includes a €1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two installments), 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival, and assistance in securing long-term housing.
