Customer Support Agent – English & Dutch Lisbon, Portugal

Relocation: Not included – candidates must already be based in Lisbon

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international project in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support in English and Dutch and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Requirements Fluency in English Fluency in Dutch Must already be living in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation not provided)

Additional Information Performance bonus: 100.00 € Language bonus: 150.00 € Hybrid work model available after the first 3 months, depending on performance
