• Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, or chat, following company standards

Requirements

• French C2 (mandatory)

• English B2 (mandatory)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid authorization to work in Greece or citizenship from a Eurozone / EU country

• Ability to work in a remote, international environment
