About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting Social Media marketing and advertising solutions. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about online advertising, digital tools, and client support within a fast-paced tech environment.

Global social networking company focused on building products that help people and businesses connect. In this role, you will contribute to the development and expansion of the Company's advertising ecosystem while supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple markets.

Your Activities as Customer Service Representative

The Project

You will support SMB clients in optimizing their marketing strategies and navigating  advertising tools. Your work will directly impact the growth and performance of businesses using Copany's self-service advertising solutions.

The Job

As part of the marketing support team, you will help clients implement effective marketing strategies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Daily Responsibilities

Your main activities will include:

Providing support to SMB clients via live chat, email, and phone (outbound calls when needed to ensure full resolution), in both Russian and English.

Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMBs in the online and digital advertising domain.

Delivering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.

Offering product and tool guidance to improve the client experience.

Identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges affecting multiple SMB clients.

Sharing essential product insights and customer feedback with engineering teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Already living in Portugal, preferably in the Lisbon region.

Russian C2 (mandatory).

English fluency (B2+).

Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or advertising is an advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
