Customer Support for Social Media Dutch Speaker
Location: Lisbon (on-site)

Your Responsibilities

Assist high-level clients across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).

Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for digital marketing users.

Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for online advertising tools.

Help troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and ad delivery errors.

Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions to improve campaign performance.

Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

C2-level Dutch (spoken and written).
-
English B2 level.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid EU work permit or Portuguese residency authorization.
