The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch

  • Use English for internal communication and documentation

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by following company guidelines and quality standards

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

  • Between 08:00 and 00:00

Training & Work Model

  • Training and nesting period fully on-site for candidates based in Attica

  • After 90 days, possibility to work from home, based on performance and project metrics

Requirements

  • Dutch C2 level (mandatory)

  • English B2 level (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment

  • Valid authorization to work in Greece
