The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch

Use English for internal communication and documentation

Assist customers via phone, email, or chat

Ensure a positive customer experience by following company guidelines and quality standards
Working Hours

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

Between 08:00 and 00:00
Training & Work Model

Training and nesting period fully on-site for candidates based in Attica

After 90 days, possibility to work from home, based on performance and project metrics
Requirements

Dutch C2 level (mandatory)

English B2 level (mandatory)
