URGENT – ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE (GERMAN + ENGLISH)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: 100% On-Site
Start Date: 19 February 2026
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months

Role Overview

Customer Service position focused on supporting users with website-related solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and interest or experience in digital marketing and/or web design.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00

• Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Language Requirements

• German: minimum C1 level (mandatory)

• English: minimum B2 level (mandatory)

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

• Legal authorization to work in Portugal
