The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Croatian

  • Use English for internal communication and documentation

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by following quality standards and procedures

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

  • Between 09:00 and 19:00

Requirements

  • Croatian C2 level (mandatory)

  • English B2 level (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment

  • Valid authorization to work in Greece
