We are hiring a Flemish-speaking Solution Specialist to join a hybrid role in Benalmádena, focused on cloud solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. This position combines technical expertise and consultative sales skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role Overview

As a Solution Specialist, you will support the sales cycle by presenting cloud solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive accurate technical and pricing guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams

• Presenting cloud solution value propositions aligned with customer business goals

• Providing technical overviews based on customer needs and usage scenarios

• Supporting cloud adoption and customer success initiatives

• Validating implementation requirements and pricing calculations

• Delivering solution demonstrations via online tools

• Conducting group and individual training sessions when required

Requirements

• Flemish: Fluent

• English: Fluent

• 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business development

• Fundamental cloud certification (required)

• Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning

• Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Results-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment

Nice to have:

• L200 certification

• Knowledge of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud or hybrid environments

Salary & Benefits

• €36,000 gross per year

• Performance bonus up to €6,000 gross per year
