What Youll Be Doing
As the voice of a major travel platform, you will:
Support customers in German via phone, email, and live chat
Assist travelers with bookings, changes, and post-trip questions
️ Solve issues efficiently while keeping a positive, service-first attitude
Maintain accurate case notes in our internal systems
Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver 5-star experiences

What We're Looking For
Native or fluent German speaker with strong English (C1 level)
Based in Malta (or open to relocating soon)
Passionate about travel and helping people
Great communication & multitasking skills
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends
