What Youll Do:

• Provide friendly and professional support to German-speaking customers

• Assist with travel bookings, questions, and post-trip care

• Handle calls, chats, and emails with efficiency and empathy

• Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system

• Work closely with a diverse international team to meet service goals

What Youll Bring:

• Native-level German and strong English (C1)

• Willingness to relocate to Malta (well support you!)

• Great communication and people skills

• A flexible approach to working rotating shifts, including weekends

• Customer service experience is a bonus but full training is provided

• A love for travel and working in a global environment
