Your Responsibilities

Email & Chat Support (70%)

• Assist customers with questions and issues all in writing

• Deliver friendly, helpful responses in both German and English

• Work with modern tools to provide quick, accurate solutions

Content Review (30%)

• Moderate user-generated content on platforms and marketplaces

• Check compliance with community standards and safety policies

• Report any harmful or inappropriate material

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German (C1 level)

• Intermediate English (B2 level) for internal communication and tools

• Comfortable with basic software (Excel, Word, web apps)

• No prior experience needed just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings/weekends

• A team spirit, eye for detail, and a problem-solving mindset
