Your Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with questions and issues across various sectors (e.g. tourism, tech)

• Provide clear, timely, and accurate support via phone, email, and chat

• Work in rotating shifts for added flexibility

• Collaborate remotely with colleagues from around the world

What Youll Need

• Fluent Italian (C2) spoken and written

• Intermediate English (B2) for internal communication and training
