About the Role
Join a multicultural international company in Greece and begin the new year with an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist travelers using a global accommodation platform. You will handle customer cases only in Croatian, while English is used internally for training and communication with your team.

️ Main Responsibilities

• Support customers in Croatian via phone, email, and chat

• Assist with reservations, payments, cancellations, and general questions

• Provide clear guidance and friendly, solution-oriented service

• Escalate more complex issues to dedicated internal teams

• Share feedback on recurring issues to improve the customer experience

What You Need

• Native or C2 level Croatian

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude

• Previous experience is not necessary - full training is provided
