Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve questions and technical issues with professionalism and care

• Represent global digital brands and help build customer loyalty

• Learn the tools and systems through comprehensive, paid training

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluent Italian (C2 level)

• English B2C1 for training and internal communication

• Valid EU passport or Greek citizenship/residence

• High school diploma or higher
