About the Role:

• Position: Customer Support Specialist

• Location: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9 AM 8 PM

• Languages: German (fluent) + English (fluent)

• Contract: Full-time or part-time options available!

As a Customer Service Specialist, youll be the voice of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused. Whether via phone, chat, or email, youll be there to resolve questions and keep customers happy.
