This is a non-voice role: youll provide support via email and chat only, with no phone calls involved. Whether you're just starting out or looking for something new, well provide full trainingso all you need is a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
Your Day-to-Day
Email & Chat Support (70%)

Assist users through written channelsno speaking required

Deliver friendly, professional help in German and English

Solve problems efficiently using simple support tools
Content Moderation (30%)

Review and monitor user-generated content

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal standards

Flag inappropriate material and escalate when needed
What You Bring

Fluency in German, and good written English skills

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, web apps)

Detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated to grow

Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings/weekends
