What Youll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, youll support users and ensure digital platforms remain safe and welcoming.

Digital Customer Care (70%)

• Respond to user questions via email and chat (no phone support)

• Provide clear and accurate information using internal tools

• Maintain excellent service standards and escalate any issues tied to fraud or abuse

️ Content Quality & Safety (30%)

• Monitor and review user content on platforms and apps

• Check for compliance with internal policies and local laws

• Flag inappropriate or harmful material and provide insights to the team

What You Need to Succeed

• Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with B2-level English

• Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office apps

• Detail-oriented and fast decision-making skills

• No experience required just a willingness to learn and grow!

• Positive, curious, and adaptable mindset
