What Youll Be Doing:

• Support SMB clients via phone, email, and chat to optimize their digital marketing efforts

• Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service advertising tools

• Guide customers in using digital platforms to improve their experience

• Identify recurring issues, spot trends, and work with internal teams to enhance products

• Provide valuable customer feedback to engineering teams to influence future updates
