What You'll Do:

• Monitor and moderate video content, handling user reports, complaints, and copyright issues

• Help maintain a safe and high-quality online environment

• Audit content uploads and ensure they meet platform policies and legal standards

• Hit key performance targets (KPIs) and maintain content accuracy

• Stay up to date on client guidelines and ensure data protection compliance

• Collaborate with team members and handle inquiries with professionalism

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent German (C1) and confident English (B2)

• Basic computer skills and ease with digital platforms

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management

• Strong communication and adaptability

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in moderation or customer support is a bonus

• Flexible with shifts and open to learning
