Role: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (onsite)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (full time)
Languages: Proficiency in both German and English is required
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be the primary contact for our clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your role is essential in creating a positive customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression.
