Contract: Full-time | Rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
Languages: German (C2) + English (B2 or higher)

About the Opportunity

Were looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a leading tech company in Malta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in an international environment, and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced digital space.

Youll work on a hybrid schedule, supporting users via email and chat, while also playing a role in keeping online platforms safe through content moderation.

What Youll Be Doing

Customer Support (70%)

• Assist users with account or product questions via email and chat (no phone calls!)

• Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English

• Use tools and internal resources to provide accurate, efficient support

Content Review (30%)

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform standards

• Identify and report harmful or inappropriate material

• Help maintain a safe and respectful online space

️ What You Bring

• Fluent German (C2)

• Intermediate English (B2) for tools, training, and internal communication

• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)

• Strong attention to detail and written communication

• No prior experience required well provide full training

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends/evenings)

• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
