About the Role
Start the new year with an exciting opportunity in Greece! We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Travel Customer Service Representative to join a multicultural international company supporting a major accommodation and travel platform. You will assist travelers exclusively in Croatian, while English is used only for internal communication and training.

This position is ideal for anyone looking to begin or grow their career abroad no previous experience needed, full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Croatian via phone, email, and chat

  • Help travelers with bookings, payments, changes, or cancellations

  • Offer clear, helpful, and friendly assistance

  • Forward complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Report recurring concerns to help improve processes
