✅ Help travelers with bookings, queries & post-trip support
✅ Troubleshoot with a smile and a solution-oriented mindset
✅ Keep records up-to-date in our CRM
✅ Collaborate with a fun, energetic, and multilingual team

🧩 What You Bring
🔹 Native-level German & C1-level English
🔹 Based in Malta (or relocating soon!)
🔹 Strong communication & people skills
🔹 Customer service experience? A plus – not a must!
🔹 Flexible to work in shifts (incl. weekends)
