Are you fluent in Italian and available to start right away?
We're urgently looking for motivated and customer-focused Italian speakers to join our fully remote support team based in Portugal. You'll provide high-quality assistance via phone, email, or chat all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across various sectors (tourism, technology, etc.)

• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat

• Handle rotating shifts to maintain flexibility and coverage

• Collaborate remotely with an international team of professionals

What You Need

• Fluent Italian (C2) written and spoken

• English (B2) for training and internal communication
