About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll help travelers from around the world and ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience all while working in the energetic and sunny city of Athens.

️ Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian

• Assist guests with bookings, payments, cancellations, and general inquiries

• Offer clear, accurate information and empathetic problem-solving

• Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams

• Identify recurring customer needs and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian (native or C2)
