Start Date: ASAP | Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts (MonSun, 8 AM7 PM)

What Youll Do:

• Support German-speaking customers with bookings, inquiries, and post-travel needs via phone, chat, and email

• Deliver clear, helpful solutions with empathy and professionalism

• Handle requests efficiently while documenting interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborate with international colleagues to meet performance goals and delight customers

What You Bring:

• Native-level German and fluent English (C1 minimum)

• You live in Malta or are planning to relocate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

• Interest in travel and working in an international setting
