Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager for our AMEX account. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and will work on-site in Málaga. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the AMEX account, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategic initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (mandatory).

• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
