Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join Teya in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance goals.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve escalated issues.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
