Your Day-to-Day

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients

• Build strong customer relationships and communicate value propositions clearly

• Guide small and medium-sized businesses in adopting modern cloud technologies

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with support from Solution Specialists

• Collect and share customer feedback to improve product strategy ("Voice of the Customer")

What You Bring

• Bilingual or highly proficient in Finnish, with fluent English

• 12 years experience in IT sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points for

• Previous experience with Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)

• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps)
