Do you speak English at B2 level or higher and are fluent/native in one of the following languages?
French Italian German Spanish European Portuguese Dutch Norwegian

We are hiring for over 15 open positions across different international projects in Lisbon, Portugal!
Start dates: July, August & September 2025

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

• Customer Service (via email, chat or phone)

• Technical support (basic level)

• Assistance for apps, streaming platforms, airlines, insurance, web services, and more

• Projects with world-renowned companies

LOCATION:

• Lisbon, Portugal

• Work models: on-site or remote (from anywhere in Portugal, depending on the project)

REQUIREMENTS:

• English level B2 minimum (mandatory)

• Native or advanced level in one of the listed languages

• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not always required)

• Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD)

• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Base salary: from 870 to 1100 (x14 months)

• Performance bonuses: up to 225/month

• Complexity bonuses: up to 120/month

• Rotational shifts (some include nights or weekends)

• Welcome bonuses up to 3000 (depending on the project)

• Relocation assistance (for some roles or remote positions)

WORK MODELS:

• On-site in modern Lisbon offices

• Remote within Portugal (depending on the position)
