A global tech innovator is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager (German-speaking) to join its on-site team in Málaga. What Youll Be Doing
As an Account Manager in the Cloud Solutions space, youll be at the frontline of digital transformationguiding businesses through their cloud adoption journey while building strong, lasting relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of clients, delivering a strong and lasting first impression

Driving the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals

Engaging and advising SMB clients on how Microsoft Cloud can solve their business needs

Maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration with internal experts

Managing and nurturing customer accounts, understanding their growth goals

Positioning cloud-based solutions effectively in a competitive landscape

Capturing the Voice of the Customer and sharing insights for business improvement
What You Bring
-
Fluent/Bilingual in German, and proficient in English

23 years of sales experience, ideally in IT or cloud technologies

Experience in account management, customer engagement, or a similar client-facing role
-
Familiarity with modern sales tools & techniques, including CRM platforms
-
Confident selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) or similar SaaS products
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-starter with a proven record of exceeding targets

Basic knowledge of the IT industry and cloud ecosystems
-
Motivation to grow in a dynamic international environment
Bonus points if you have:
Microsoft certifications (Fundamentals in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
Background in B2B cloud or SaaS product sales
